Mostly good, one small hiccup

I picked up a 'Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille' and a 'Lancôme Genifique Serum'. The prices were really competitive, which was the main draw. Both items were authentic and sealed, which I appreciate. Shipping took about 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a little long compared to other sites I use. Everything was packed well, but the tracking info didn't update for a couple of days after it shipped, so I wasn't sure where it was. Overall, good value and product, just wish shipping was a bit faster and tracking more detailed.

Returns were pretty straightforward for me last time. Just make sure it's unused and in the original packaging. They give you instructions once you start the return process online.

Yeah, it wasn't too bad. I returned a skincare item once. Just remember, it has to be unopened otherwise they might not take it back, or charge a restocking fee I think? Check their site for the exact wording.

Sadly, no. It's usually one or the other. They'll always push the highest discount code, so the 37% off is probably your best bet.
